So, I realize it has been a really really long time since I updated you on my fitness progress. But, with the wedding now a month past, it's time for me to get back to getting serious. I still have further weight loss and fitness goals I want to hit so I need to keep pushing. With that said, things have been feeling a bit ho hum lately. I'm just so over it. So, I'm on the hunt for a new gym, a new program, new classes, a new something to help keep me motivated.
Enter the new series of classes by Les Mills. I've heard they're tough. Really tough. And, I think that's exactly what I need. They have everything from an intense spinning class known as RPM, to a high intensity yoga class called BodyFlow to a full-body barbell class, BodyPump. An old friend of mine is a trainer in my hometown and she and the other trainers at her gym were recently certified as BodyPump instructors, which is how I found out about the Les Mills classes. I took a look at the gyms in my area that offer Les Mills classes and found one that is in a good location between our house and work, where the class schedule seems to work pretty well with my work schedule. This week, a couple of coworkers and I are popping in to visit, look around and hopefully get to take a class to try it out. Fingers crossed it's as awesome as I hope!
Has anyone tried any of the Les Mills classes? I would love to know what you think!

BodyPump is fab! The class goes by very quickly and you can really push yourself. It reminds me a lot of the Firm series of dvds, if you're into at-home fitness.
A friend of mine loves the BodyPump classes.
All the classes are supposed to be really good, a lot of my friends go to them. I currently go to a tums, bums & thighs but considering the body attack class.
Also just wanted to say, after going back through all your old posts, that I cant believe you lost so much weight. That was fantastic, well done, such an inspiration to show it can be done with hard work.
Im currently doing Weight Watchers and have lost 34 pounds so far. Only 0.5lb to go to my 10 stone goal which is fab. I have got to be a UK size 12 (which I think is a US 10) which is where I wanted to be. Getting measured for my dress at start of Oct so whatever I am by then I want to stay until wedding.
